Update Ripley took her first ride with me today to venture out of the shelter and meet new people. She has been in the Weatherford shelter for awhile after being left tied to the fence pregnant and horribly starved. She has come so far each day at the shelter. Deb has worked with her on so many issues so that she made it out of the shelter alive. She is slowly learning that people can be trusted again even after all someone had done to her. She will soon be on her way to a rescue where they can continue to ensure that she will in time find a family that will give her the chance she deserves! For today tho she settled with a walk and ride a new adventure of sorts and she loved it! Deb even caught great photos of that famous smile of hers. :) -Kim
