Update: Sorry I havent updated very recently, there hasnt been any huge news to deliver. He is still stable. Right now our biggest concern is getting him fed, he hasnt eaten since he was admitted into the hospital (he is on IV liquids). Its heartbreaking how much weight he has lost and how badly he wants to eat. He has had a few bloody stools so to err on the side of caution they dont want to feed him yet. They may need to get a GI specialist involved to make sure nothing was damaged in his stomach or intestines due to the lack of oxygen. They also had to up his oxygen intake again because he was having difficulty breathing and in order to get the MRI he was scheduled for today to see if there are any changes with his brain they will have to wean him back down. Please pray that we are able to get some food in his belly soon and he is able to have his MRI so we can find out more as far as when surgery will occur.
