Update: The Liquor Board did an excellent job of assuaging my concerns, and i think most of the people who attended felt similarly. The form is a catch all that was intended to simplify the process, but the ambiguity of the verbage caused a lot of concern. They assured us that their intention was not to interfere with the venues, most especially not as a censoring body. Venues will be allowed to submit blanket applications that inform the liquor board of their general entertainment schedules, though separate forms will have to be submitted for extraordinary or special events.
