Update day 35 Brayden had yet another good gas this morning so then vent was weened by 1 and his gas was stable this evening! He had a Brady episode this evening (heart rate dropped) and the nurse was able to stimulate him and he brought it back up. These will be even more common once he is off the vent. They upped his feeds again to help him gain weight. I know originally we were hoping to be home close to his due date, but it will probably be much later than that but no guarantees. Keep praying for pressures on the vent to come down and good days!
