Update for those wondering about my bird Kelli Jean. She was at the vet clinic late yesterday afternoon with her chauffeur/guardian Kelli Lovejoy and had lots of testing done. When the vet called me last night he really didnt have a lot of news to tell other than that some of her liver values were very high and that we would have to wait for lab results to come in today to see if there was more on those. They did come in this morning and Kelli Jean does also have an elevated white count. We are going to treat her for a bacterial infection and she has meds now to help support her liver. Should know in a couple of weeks if this is all from an infection or if the infection is due to a liver going bad. Thank you all for the love, prayers and support.
