Update from Deputy Fire Marshal McKay: I wanted to send out an update on where we are with raising money to purchase an accelerant K9. We have had a lot of support throughout the community with monetary donations, pet food and equipment, and services. The Goldorado Animal Hospital is donating their services for the care of the K9. We have currently hit the halfway point of raising money to purchase the dog. We are currently at $2,600 and we need $5,000 to purchase her. Thank you for all of your support and donations so far.
