Update from Travis and Alee Wiens. Dear Family and Friends, April was quite a whirl wind but one of the best team building months of the entire year. After months and months of practice and preparation we finally got to go on tour with our dance show. Over the Easter break our high school dance team got to join the Caronport High School Choir on a tour through southern Saskatchewan. We performed our show and led dance workshops at youth groups, schools, churches, and community centres. We met some incredible people and made some life-lasting memories. After touring with the choir for four days we went out on our own for three more days to Eyebrow, SK and into Manitoba. Thank you so much for your prayers. We definitely felt them. This tour was so cool because we got to show what Caronport High School has to offer and the team got to do some great ministry work. At the beginning of April we had the Refined/Undignified year end show and year end party where we said goodbye to our college teams. The high school team will be continuing to practice and perform until the end of May. Travis and I (Alee) are having the most incredible year leading a team of high school dancers and seeing the Lord work in them and in us. These next few months we will be preparing for our move in July and hosting our new ministry “The Found and the Frees” first ever fundraiser. We want to thank you so much for all your prayers and support. We could not do this without you. Please be praying that we would finish this time with our team off strong and that God would bless our last few months in Caronport serving with Refined/Undignified.
