Update from a post earlier I ask them for permission to replace the roof on my outhouse shed and they insist i need an inspector so out the come, BUT they say i would prefer WE DO THAT . Out come the lads to repair it and after a mix up of what the repair should be i send thyem away and complain to office to be told if your not happy with what we offered put a complaint in writing. So i do to the directors and a week later management come out and we agree a repair which they say aftyer the mix up of what needs doing it will be done next week (week beginning 13/10/14) So far work not done but work sheet stating its booked but may need assessment before work is carried out AGAIN AND taday i get letter saying (short version) work agreed to be done and the other matter we spoke about (THIS PAGE) we will not be taking any action at this point............. I would love to know what action they could take as i believe Freedom of speech is still legal in this country
