Update from the...eeer land below the water? Heavy thunderstorms last night, strong winds whilst driving home from the office around 10pm. Lots of uprooted trees, even the access to my condo was blocked due to fallen trees and lifts were not working, cause water was seeping in from the roof top (im guessing the motor room or something). yes 22 flights of stairs is helping tone some muscles (ok lah.. i got a cramp..not so fit after all). paint is actually chipping of the external walls of the condo too... Water levels around Likas bay was high, brown..lots of debris. Rivers are over flowing. Lots of my office colleagues are on emergency leave due to flood waters. Im a bit edgy when the transporter goes to pick up the kids as he is driving through flood waters, and heavy storms with poor visibility. And kids are getting antsy cause no outdoor play for a week now. Its pouring again today. Some local folks here are worried about a dam over-flowing..its a serious situation if it does. Im not sure how bad it can get though. Susan Orchid Bansin chip in here? Other than that... its cooold, and nice to indulge in milo and zzzzz.....but mama has to work. On the plus side..
