Update on Bank of America: After Tweeting about my bad experience, someone in their social media group contacted me to get more detail with an offer to help. They escalated my simple request: please extend a low-rate promotional offer that is about to expire (for an additional 3+ months) until I can get moved to Colorado and get my new job going. After 2 days, they came back and told me (again) that there is *nothing* they can do for me. (Unless you count offering to give me a phone number of a support group on how to keep making my payments) Then she finished the phone call with the worst insult possible, Is there anything else I can help you with today? Pardon me, but you may want to update that customer service script youre programmed with, anything else indicates that you were able to *actually* help me with the reason I called you. You were incapable of that. So NO, you cant help me! Youre FIRED! Expect to see all my accounts closed in the next 30-60 days.
