Update on Bryce. His vitals were temp 97.2, HR150, resp 42 and O2 86-88% when we got to the Dr. He got Depomedrol 30mg IM. Increase his pulmacort neb to 3x a day and continue albuterol q 2-3 hours but increase to 2 vials. At the appt he had albuterol and xopenex nebs and his O2 went up to 92-94%, his HR down to 115, and resp to 24. The plan is to go back tomorrow (as long as we dont have to do ER tonight) and reevaluate. If he is back to what he was today hell be admitted to the hospital, if hes improved well come back home and keep up the treatments. Please keep him in your thoughts. Its terrible to watch him struggle so much. Asthma sucks. :l
