Update on COD Bill! Gov Haslam did not sign the bill and is urging the legislature to overturn the law at the next session. While this is a small victory thanks in part to those of you who contacted the gov on our behalf, the law will still go into effect causing a huge burden on restaurants. Well be working throughout the summer, including working with the Attorney General on a dissent challenging the new law. Please email the Gov at [email protected] and thank him for his support and remind him of his commitment to seek to overturn this unfair piece of legislation.
