Update on Charlie: Today we had his doctor appointment to find out the results of the CT scan and blood work after completing chemo. We received awesome news today. The scan and blood work did not show anything of concern. He will have a scan and blood work every 3 months for the next 2 years and then every 6 months until 5 years. It has been a long journey, but the hardest part is behind us. Even though there is always a chance it could return, the news today was excellent, very encouraging and what we have been waiting weeks to hear. Tomorrow will be exactly 1 year to the day that Charlie was diagnosed. I guess we can say he completed everything in less than a year!! Thank you all for the prayers, good wishes and positive thoughts. God has been good and has definitely heard and answered the prayers. Thanks. Love to all. Laurie
