Update on Crises engineered by DON ANTHONY HARMATTAN in PEOPLES’ COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE By Dr. Lewis Akpogena Preamble: Sequel to the crises that was engineered by Don Anthony Harmattan for which l have written extensively to defend, disclaim and accused Don Harmattan of irresponsibility, abuse of office, mismanagement of fund, using our name to collect money from foreign agencies. I posted detailed report which shows how l managed the group with no fraud or embezzlement. I challenged any who have any6thing on the contrary to show it. This is update on the crises for members and general public to note. 1. To clear my name l formally reported the matter to security agents who have since commenced investigation. 2. For over one week now Don Harmattan has refused to pick his calls from the security agents. Or leaves it on answering machine. 3. Report reached us that prior to our petition, there is one from abroad on Don Harmattan and the use of Nigerian Leadership Democratic Congress fo fraudulent activities. Reason he find it difficult to come home in the last three years. He told me first he was coming home by July. He told one of his girl friends he was coming this August. August will soon come to an end. 4. All the posts l made was copied and posted to Don Harmattan by some of his girlfriends/women he added to BOT/NEC and NLDC that he made administrators. I know them because he sent them to me for one thing or the other. Some confessed to me. 5. Because Don Harmattan wonder how l still communicate on his created PCODI BOT/NEC inspite of deleting me for which l formally reported his activities to FACEBOOK he was blocked that he can’t see my post. He went on not comfortable with my exposition went to close the page dialogue forum and created another one in the name of our PCODI/NLDC BOT/NEC. 6. Consequently may on behalf registered Trustees of PCODI declared herein as follow: a. That Don Anthony Harmattan consequent on the petition against him at Corporate Affairs Commission he is not a registered trustee of PEOPLES’ COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE. b. That his use of the name along with his cronies to create a new dialogue page is impersonation that our lawyers have been brief and CAC are being copied. c. That no one should transact business of any with him in our NAME – PCODI. Any that does risk being arrested and prosecuted. d. That the programme Nigerian Youth Empowerment Summit, created and promoted by me online is on course. The registered Trustees are meeting to restrategize. New date and processes of implementation with funding coming from participating Federal and States Agencies and multinational corporations are being worked out. Members and general public will be giving details in due course. 7. The Registered Trustees of PCODI are responsible people with integrity that will not defraud unemployed youths or physically challenged persons. The Trustees are having physical meetings not online that Don Harmattan has been using to defraud unsuspecting persons. Both those Don Harmattan edged out in the same style before have come back to join force with the registered trustees to expose the fraudster called Don Anthony Harmattan and give effect to the NYES programme to help our youths with skills training, employment and entreprenurership. All appointed State and Local Government Coordinators should continue with mobilization and registration with material information giving to you already. NYES programme will succeed. Be rest assured. Once again l apologize on behalf of the registered Trustees of PEOPLES’ COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE. I am not averred to peace and reconciliation as a servant of God/Minister. But on condition: Luke 17:1-3. That require him to pay for the salaries of the workers, refund of my money and give account of all he did on behalf of the group.
