Update on Eric : Eric had a good day but once his doctor came in at dinner time and told him that he would be there for another week or two, his attitude changed! He got angry and tried to convince us why he should go home! Its so hard to try to explain to someone with a brain injury why he needs to stay in a place he doesnt want to be!! Its so hard to watch him struggle to understand that Im doing whats best for him but at the same time, I want to pick him up and bring him home just to make him happy! It tears my heart up to see him struggling with this because not even three weeks ago, he was doing everything on his own and made his own decisions! Now everyone is doing every thing for him and making every decision for him! I can see why in his head this is so hard...I just want him to be safe! I know I am doing the right thing, it just breaks my heart! I love that man so much! Ugh!!! But I will continue to do what I do best and I will deal with his anger and frustration! Tomorrow is another day! As always, keep him in your prayers!!! Xoxoxo Eric and Jenny!!!!
