Update on Mom. She was moved to ICU today. She had 1.5 liters of fluid drained from her lung. The procedure went fine. She did not have to be intubated as we feared. She is resting now and still has a few more days in the hospital to kick pneumonia in the butt. We have one bad ass mama. Its been a really long few days with no sleep and lots of tears. Twelve hours ago, I did not forsee this outcome. Thank you, friends for your thoughts and prayers and thank you IU Methodist Hospital for your wonderful care, you never fail me.
