Update on SOUTHLAND DODGE in HOUMA. So its going to take till next week to finish fixing my Durango. The parts will be in Friday and then they have to change out the whole transmission. Im not mad that it broke. That happens, Im pissed at the customer service from DODGE. After leaving 4 messages for the general manager to call me back over the last two days I finally called to leave my fifth and he called me right back. His solution to them not giving me a car to drive while the one I gave them $36,000 for was broken after 7 months and 11,000 miles was in the shop, was to go in and they would sell me a policy that covers rentals!!!! WHAT????? Your new shit broke on me and your solution is to sell me somthing else rather than giving me a car to drive???? I then called corporate dodge and the best anyone there could offer was $40/day reimbursement on a rental from enterprise. Again......WHAT????? #1 it should be 0 out of my pocket and #2-$40 will rent me like a Damn roller skate car that a high school girl would drive! I know DODGE will survive, but they have earned my last dollar for sure. ANY DODGE DEALERSHIP. Especially SOUTHLAND DODGE. Cant get a customer a car to drive when theirs breaks, but boy I bet all those managers and Frank Tutone are sure driving shiny new ones home every night!
