Update on William Cowden from Lindsey. Once again as a family Janet, Angela, Heather, Willie-Da, Ashley & my Mum) we cannot thank you all enough for the kind words &messages you have been sending us from Williams accident. We know that you are all deeply concerned about Will and share our prayers for hope and this gives us true strength. I feel it necessary to be as honest as I can as his wife....Unfortunately William has suffered serious injuries to his Back as well as left side of rib cage & left hand.Today William is to endure a major operation on his back his thoracic spine has been smashed and this operation intends to build this back up. As a family we are hopeful even though this darkness overhangs us.We all know William to be one of great resilience and strength but we ask that you await a further update rather than asking for information. The Op will take a considerable amount of time. So in summary by man is very poorly but in reality with the power of your prayers & support we will overcome this as a family. True Strength, conviction and courage comes from within - your in safe hands now handsome let the Surgeons work their magic. We all ask everyone to please respect the family wishes and we will update you all as soon as information is available.
