***Update on dad*** They were able to take the balloon out today with no complications. Over the course of the next 2-4 days they will slowly decrease his IV meds and try to wean him off the ventilator. Keep him in your prayers that they are successful and they can get him off of it a lot sooner than the 4 days. :) Id also like to give a HUGE shout out to my Aunt Terry for staying up there with my mom this past week and helping her out with things. Also a HUGE thank you to my Uncle Jeff. I owe you a home cooked meal since youve went almost a week without one. :)
