Update on fire in CO: Fire went from 5% contained last night, to 30% contained tonight. Some evacuations have been downgraded. We had a couple of light rain showers today along with cloudy skies which the firefighters took advantage of. Down side is, 419 homes have been destroyed and they still have several thousand homes that they do not know the status of yet so that number is likely to grow. almost 40,000 people displaced because of evacuations. Our family was never evacuated, we just have smoke to deal with periodically. Please pray for those affected by the fire and for those brave men and women still fighting the fire. Thank you for all your thoughts, prayers and concerns. We truly appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. I think we have turned a corner in the fighting of the fires, but the clean up and aftermath will be a long haul.....
