Update on mom...Well, she was sent home today (Thurs). Me personally, I think it is too soon I think she should have stayed a few more days, especially since she fell while walking with the physical therapist today. She insists she didnt hurt herself. But if she is so unsteady that she fell with him, what do they think will happen when she tries to walk by herself using her walker? The hospital says she has to go because the insurance company wont pay for her to stay any longer. As far as the insurance company is concerned, since her heart is stable, the pneumonia and the other infections gone, she is ok to go home. She is suppose to get home care. Now we dont know if that means a nurse coming by for a short visit or someone to stay with her for so many hours a day. She is suppose to find that out tomorrow. We are hoping it is someone to stay with her. Mom wanted me to thank everyone for her and we again thank you for your prayers and positive thoughts.
