Update on my workers comp continued endeavor to get help. I have tried to get help form Governor Browns office but to no avail. I have sent my Assemblymember Tom Daly a request for help and I have placed two comments on his FB page. Lastly, I have contacted Senator Mimi Walters too. Im told that injured workers have been contacting their elected for many years for help. Not just medical help, but help against the fraud and corruption. It is commonplace in the industry. Lets hope that our continued efforts will come to fruition. In the meantime, I need medical help and I cant go anywhere without the defense knowing or interfering. It may be that using my Medi-cal card is alerting the defense firm although I still believe that my phone is tapped too. The partner in the defense firm, Barry Collins, has worked for the State Fund and so has the defense attorney, Charles Bentley. The Partner, Barry Collins has also worked as a WCAB Judge too. Charles Bentley was a terrorist hostage negotiator too. Could this be why there are so many fraud and corruption complaints? Are they getting the green light because of who they are or once were? The defense law firm is Colantoni, Collins, Marren, Philips & Tulk of Ladera Ranch, CA. Ive spoken to 3 different people at the District Attorneys office here in Orange County CA and each one of them have confirmed that Im not the only injured worker who has been the target of crimes. In fact, I was told that they receive approximately 30 calls each month from injured workers complaining of crimes. Then, I mentioned that to the Judge (corrupt Judge) at the WCAB at the meeting before the trial. After the trial, I had discovered that the Judge removed one of my exhibits from my 80 plus pages of exhibits and replaced it with a page from the defense attorney! Thank you Judge Gordon! What I shouldnt be surprised about but I am, is that the Judge didnt allow me my turn to speak on my exhibits and she removed one of them from evidence! When she was done questioning me, she asked me if I had anything I wanted to add, I said Yes, but I dont know where to start! She said, I think I have enough and then asked the defense if he had any questions for me. He said no. Back to the DAs office. After the trial, I contacted the WC Division of the DAs office again and told him what the Judge did. He couldnt help as usual. Why isnt anything done to help injured workers? I mentioned what he said the last time that I spoke to him, - the 30 injured workers who call each month. He then changed his story after the fact and said that he said that approximately 30 employees call and complain about their employers each month. That doesnt make sense since the topic of our conversation was workers comp fraud not to mention that he works in the workers comp division of the Orange County DAs office. THERE IS NO WAY THAT I MIS-SPOKE! I heard what he said. Now even the investigator in the WC Div. of the OC DAS OFFICE is willing to adjust his story! WOW! I could go on. I found another article that I uploaded to FB of workers comp industry professional who is no longer acting as an attorney but was a defense attorney in the workers comp system many years ago. Back in 2006, he wrote an article at Work Comp Central about fraud and corruption. IF WHAT HAS BEEN DONE TO MAIM MY ENTIRE SPINAL COLUMN SO THAT I CANT MOVE, SIT, WALK WITHOUT MY BACK, TENDONS, MUSCLES AND NERVES HURTING AND CAUSE INSTABILITY BECAUSE THE LIGAMENTS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO HOLD MY VERTABRAE TOGETHER ARE BURN AWAY AND MUCH MORE THAT HAS BEEN DONE - GOES UN-INVESTIGATED, UNPROSECUTED, UNPUNISHED, THEN OUR LEGISLATORS & GOVERNMENT HAVE, WITHOUT A DOUBT, BEEN BOUGHT! There is nothing that can justify that maiming of an injured worker! There is no excuse, there is no amount of money (although, I would love to know how much money was paid to turn a blind eye to what has happened to me and many other injured workers) that can possibly warrant allowing another human being to be forced under anesthesia, maimed from skull down to tailbone and head off any medical help that I have repeatedly attempted to get, not to mention that our food in our home has been tainted with some sort of chemical meant to affect our nervous system (Mary and I consumed it via the protein powder and I consumed it again recently via the black bean soup that I made)! When will a line be drawn?! Is there a line? Im told that some injured workers have been killed on the table. Some are killed over a period of time. Is that what is set up to happen in my case?
