Update on next week storm : We pretty much have a consensus on how the pattern drops out of western Canada and into the four corners states. The question is how will the low move out into the center of the country? Will it move out in two low pressure systems or as one? And a theme has been going on for cold air to be lacking with this storm system. Often times if a storm can get strong enough it would be able to make its own cold air. But that isnt happening yet unless the low moves out in one piece and closes off with a negative tilt. Best thing I can say right now is that the uncertainty level is still high until the model data can agree more.
