Furgus went too, for morale support and he watches every thing they do to his sister. The cancer is rare. It is usually in the organs and lymph nodes. There is no cure. Without treatment she has 2 -3 months. The treatments are $300 every 3 weeks For 8 weeks. With treatments they dont know... maybe 6 - 12 months or maybe much more. The doctor was honest he said alot of times it comes back in the actual lymph nodes. I asked the doctor what he would do if she was his child ... He said he would start her on the treatments and see if there is any improvement, we can always stop. Her bloodwork is fine in all aspects. Liver and Kidneys good. He doesnt anticipate alot of bad side effects. So this is what I am going to do. With all of you helping me I have got to give her that chance. She had her first $360 treatment on Wed. She goes back on April 9th. So far she is eating good, not sick and still acting like a crazy airedale. It brings me to tears that you all are helping me possibly save her life. I wish you could all meet her personally. Please crosspost, share, tell anyone and everyone. I need to raise another $1200 to get all the treatments as I had used a little of the money to pay up her past vet bills. I never thought this was possible... you all are the greatest.
