Update on wage revision. Due date 1st Nov 2012. Charter of demand submitted on 30th Oct 2012. Received mandate from individula banks by mid Feb 2013. 1st meeting with UFBU on 22nd April when IBA gave management agenda to officers & workmen. To officers unions: 1. Cost to the company concept be applied. 2. Fixed & variable pay to be introduced. 3. Restriction on applicability of wage revision. All 3 are not acceptable to us. Next meeting took place on 7th June. Unions demanded settling of other issues like compationate appointments, 5 days week etc & early settlement of wage revision. No real progress. No future date fixed as of now. Going by trend it seems real struggle ahead for good settlement. Charter of Demand is available on our website: aipnboa.in
