Update to earlier post done a week ago about a female, dark chocolate pit bull mix dog found in 53rd and Utica area in Tulsa, OK. Owner has not been found. Since the post, the dog has been given a clean bill of health by River Trail Animal Hospital in Tulsa. She was given a physical and shots (heartworm negative) and was spayed yesterday. She will be spending a few days at River Trail’s pet lodge. We cannot keep this dog! My brother’s two older Shiba Inus are getting stressed out, and I have a menagerie of cats. My brother has named her Guinness. Vet estimates Guinness to be one year old, and Guinness weighs 72 pounds. She is chockfull of energy and will give you her undying devotion. No offense to Tulsa Animal Welfare, but rather than take Guinness to “Animal Control,” we would prefer to find Guinness a sponsor or a new family who will give her a LOVING and FOREVER home!
