If a master wants to compete in RX go for it. Masters over 50 will have scaled weights TBA. Everyone will get to compete with the events as they were programmed. If you have any questions you can contact us at 845-629-3757 or fbcnewwindsor@gmail WODs: Event 1 - Tire Flip Ladder ***Tire flipping is not the same as deadlifting, dont let the weights freak you out. A 300# tire isnt really 300# when you flip it.*** Athletes will have :30 to flip the tire and a :10 second transition to the next tire. The tire starts on the ground and the lift is complete when the tire is upright bearing no weight on the athlete (you do not have to push it over). There will be 15 tires. The men start at a 300 lbs. tire and end at 1000 lbs. in 50 lb. increments. The women start at a 200 lb. tire and end at 900 lbs in 50 lb. increments. You are allowed multiple attempts with in the :30 second window. The event is complete for an athlete when they flip either all of the tires or fail an attempt inside the :30 second window. ***Event is subject to change due to weather. Weight of tires is an estimate.*** Event 2 - WGM AMRAP 10 3 Ground to Overhead 155/95 (Masters 50+, 135/65) 5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups/Male, 5 Pull Ups/Female 10 Calorie Row Event 3 - Hold on Tight (4) 50 meter (30 meter/Female) Shuttle Sprint Farmers Carry (45 lbs each hand for male & female) Max L-Sit *For time, athletes perform the 4 shuttles. The shuttle is finished/clock stops when the athletes feet are in the air for the L-Sit at which point a new time will start for the L-Sit. The L-Sit is finished when the athletes feet touch the medball in front of them or any part of their body touches the ground. This event is scored by subtracting the L-Sit time from the shuttle time. Example: Johns shuttle time is 2 minutes and his L-Sit time is 1 minute his total score time will be 1 minute. Event 4 - For Time 100 Double Unders 75 Wall Ball 20/14 50 Bar Facing Burpees 25 Front Rack Lunges 135/85 (Lunges are alternating and are in place. Each leg is 1 rep) (Masters 50+, 95/55)
