Thats the sign Rescue Teams are looking for. BSNL and Airtel services are still down. Aircel services are up and running. Bilaliya Boats for Rescue: Reachable on 09419400007. Rescue No.s 09999596376 and 08802266205 are functional. 2. If anyone in Kashmir has a working MOBILE other than Aircel, go to Settings > Network > Manual Search, and select Aircel from the list of Networks. The Service Providers have all tied up. Aircel will work with all SIM Cards. Please share
