Diverse marine creature population - the site has the pristine coral garden and marine ecosystem I ever seen so far in Albay, just a few feet from the shore, clown fish, starfish, school of fishes and sea horses are there willing to play, corals are as colorful as the jungle specially at the Trinity Area. 2. Active Fishermans Organization - the OWCFA (Oas West Coast Fishermans Association) and Bantay Kalikasan are organized and willing to join enforcement, preservation and tourism development is the key for the Blue Economy strategy 3. Pioneering Albay West Coast Destination - due to opening of Pantao - Pio Duran Road and the reliable Polangui - Libon route, the travel time is lesser and more convenient, The Imacoto project is looking forward iniative to opening the west coast towards Guicadale and Bicol International airport, an new and alternative circuit specially for backpacker, road tripper and bikers. The west coast circuit can offer mixed and complementary activities such as Food Tourism, every town can offer local delicacies and products (Brown Lane) Heritage destinations such as historical sites in Jovelar, Malabalac, Ligao, Oas, Pantao and Libon where the galleon trails and guerilla factions leaved important memorabilias. Transportation - - We need 2 Motorbikes for easy travel by land specially we will open the Masarawag-Muladbucad, Guinobatan and Albay West Coast circuit that usually off road.(priority, since its offseason in the sea.) - Our own boat or transportation facility, we have challenges on renting and payment processing of the motorboats used for dive site validations, oculars and Bio intensive gardening seminars. 2.
