Upon reading how to heal broken bones faster: -no smoking, it stops blood flow(I dont smoke, so thats easy) -increase blood flow to the area with mild exercise (walking dogs and/or doing yoga every day now) -increase mineral intake/add new things to diet (hubby shopped for me today, check) -consume up to 6,000 calories daily. Wait, what? All the sites say it burns metabolism to repair bone, up to 3x more, so I need to eat more; more protein, veggies, and fruits in particular. Well, this sounds like good news, lol :D
