Urge surfing. Anyone who is self employed and at their desk on a Saturday morning will have learnt how to do this. It applies to eating chocolate, making cups of tea, baking cakes, facebook (ok, failed at this one but thought it would be interesting to share!!), ebay, planning your next horse/race/shopping/friend catch up event, doing (any) housework, doing (late) admin, choosing new winter boots... any more offers? Boy, its tricky!! Ok back to focusing now......
