Urgent - Great News and Need Your Help! Dear friends, We at SHARAN have wonderful news. Dr John McDougall is coming to India and has graciously accepted to speak here. John A. McDougall, MD is a legend in his own right. A world-renowned American physician who has revolutionised health care by use of a dietary program for preventing and reversing an entire gamut of health problems like obesity, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, peptic ulcer , arthritis, asthma, autoimmune disorders etc. Dr. McDougall, has been studying, writing, and speaking out about the effects of nutrition on disease for over 30 years. He believes that people should look and feel great for a lifetime. He has helped literally thousands of people, many who had lost all hope, to get back to health and be free of or greatly reduce the need for medicines. Dr McDougall is arriving in Mumbai on 27th July evening and will stay in Mumbai till the 31st July. Dr John McDougall has graciously agreed to address the public in Mumbai. He will later be in Delhi on the 4th - 6th of Aug. We wish to organise talks in both cities, for both the medical fraternity and and the general public to inform them about possibilities that Mc Dougalls work brings. The title of his talk will be Disease Prevention and Reversal through Nutrition. The talk will include experiences of 30 years of nutritional medicine practice and give practical solutions for people to reach their highest health potential. Ideally each session would be of 2 hours, of which 1/2 hour would be Q & A. Each talk would be for FREE. We wish to organize the talk in a place that can seat 150 – 300 people and will try to reach our audience through media coverage. I visualise his schedule as follows but i am open to other ideas - 28th and 29th July Press Interviews 30th and 31st July – 1 large meeting with doctors and 1 large meeting with the general public of 2 hours each or more Considering that these are both weekdays, I am looking for a suitable venue where many may find it convenient to come. Here is where you come in Can you arrange a large venue which is convenient for many for a talk for doctors? Can you arrange a large venue which is convenient for many for a talk for general public? Can you arrange with the press for publicity of these events so that the maximum people in Mumbai can benefit? Especially for those who want to get rid of chronic diseases.
