Urgent Moroccan occupying forces surrounded the red flats neighborhood Friday morning after a day of peaceful demonstrations call for the independence of Western Sahara, before they stormed the house of a prominent activist and former political prisoner to arrest him and taken in for questioning by security personnel. According to our correspondent 40 Moroccan police vehicles with gun apprehended Mayara Mujahid 37 years and Hajoub Khatar 28 years old after storming their home and damaging its contents. The raid came at down and after a tow days of protests in the occupied El Aaiun, in which some 500 people participated. Meanwhile, the Moroccan occupying forces have stepped up, on Thursday, its security measures in the occupied city of El Aaiun in anticipation of possible protests against the occupation.
