Business Outcomes · Focus on no. of registered students as per targets assigned · Increase the no. of applications – Intake wise as defined by the organization · Ensure follow through on visa grant status for each student · Act as organization’s representative with all outside interactions · Ensure average counseling per day as per benchmarked targets assigned · Ensure calling and follow-up through tele-calling as per benchmarked targets assigned 2. Service Delivery Excellence · Ensure all data is fed on the CRM as per indicated fields and accuracy of the same with zero defects · Feed in all communication with the client / student / partner on the CRM · Follow clear policies on acceptance of payment wherever required · Is able to understand and comprehend the student case study with information available on CRM · Actively participate in university visits, fairs, seminars and or events whenever desired · Actively take feedback from students / universities / partners on a regular basis 3. Discipline and Code of Conduct: · Promote team work · Ensure compliance to the code of conduct · Be the value custodian of the company Expertise Required Qualification: Graduates or Post Graduate (preferred graduation in Psychology / Sociology / Full-time MBA) Work Experience: 1 – 5yrs (relevant industry experience) Skills: Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills Customer Orientation Skills Good Key board and typing skills Pro-activeness Physical Attributes: Smart, confident, well groomed and presentable Key Skills (Technical, Functional & Behavioral): Communication skill – spoken and written: Communicating effectively with all external & internal stakeholders. Presentation skills: Ability to effectively engage and hold the attention of audience Customer Orientation skill: Actively understand the customer needs, sets appropriate expectation, provides timely feedback to students, partners and stakeholders and building trust.
