Manager / Manager - Maintenance for very highly reputed Automobile TIER - 1 company near Halol, Vadodara. We are looking for candidate with B.E - Mechanical / Electrical with 8 - 12 years experience. Candidate with Automobile industries Background only. Candidate will be over all responsible for the total maintenance of the facility. Job Duties:- * Establish spares and consumables maintenance system for plant engineering and optimize, inventory levels. * Develop annual departmental objectives. * Develop plant engineering budget for the calendar year. * Monitor measurable of plant engineering in order to make it efficient and effective. * Systemize utilities and incorporate methodology for prevention of recurrence. * Implement Integrated Maintenance Facility keeping in view cost benefit and operational effectiveness. * Ensure reliable air-conditioning, ventilation and water chilling systems all through the site. * Maintain and upgrade the environmental management system of the company and ensure implementation of corporate guidelines. * Maintain the gas systems (N2, LPG etc) at site for efficient operations. * Ensure disposal of hazardous waste in compliance with legal regulations/corporate guidelines. * Supervise construction of new projects to be carried out for manufacturing plants. * Provide support to commercial activities for the analysis of quotes for new projects or modifications. * Develop estimates for all new projects and maintenance projects. * Implement projects and certify the payments for the same. * Champion the implementation part of safety related issues on site. * Preparing weekly/monthly reports about non-production receipts. * Booking the arrival of non-production materials by computer. * Ensure stable and reliable electrical power and obtain statutory approvals for power systems, sub systems and back up systems. * Study electrical demand pattern and implement methodology to economize demand for costs optimization. * Supervise identification of energy conservation projects for energy optimization.
