Urgent news from Eritrean Refugees in Ethiopia( maiainy) Eritrean refugees in maiainy refugee camp are now starting from yesterday at 5.30PM by candle night to those who died and they making a demonstration in relation to the Eritrean which face an accident in Mediterranean sea. They are also trying to ask their anger to the UNHCR protection office in the refugees. From their voice - We need protection as refugees - We need durable solution - Behind the accident UNHCR is responsible - Enough silence of UNHCR and international community to our solution - Open your eyes please - UNHCR is responsible to our case In this protest around 6000 from maiaini refugees are participating among them there are youths, females, underage Childs, elders and respected religious leaders. In addition to that around 1500 refugees are joined to day morning to the demonstration in maiaini by travelling 10 kilometers by their foot by making calls to answer UNHCR the question of Eritreans. In the demonstration time UNHCR security force use unnecessary force to stop the protest as a result 4 refugees was wounded and one of them is in critical stage they sent to shire hospital.
