HVAC MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – Diploma / ITI or Equivalent, Minimum 5 Years Experience In Trouble Shooting, Electro Mechanical Problem, Read Circuit & Technical Diagram, All Types of Relevant Computer Application. 3. HVAC TECHNICIANS / A.C. TECHNICIANS – Diploma / ITI or Equivalent, 3 to 5 Years of Experience in AC Cycle, Maintenance & Operate All Types of HVAC Systems, Reading Drawings & Diagram of the Control & Electronic HVAC System. 4. CHILLER TECHNICIANS – Diploma/ITI or Equivalent, 3 to 5 Years In Trouble Shoot, Maintain & Operate, Read Circuit Diagram, Drawing All Types of Control & Electronic Chiller System. 5. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS (INDUSTRIAL) – Diploma/ITI or Equivalent, 3 to 5 Years Experience In Wire Cable Capacity, Control Panel, Lighting System, Maintenance, Replace Component, Read Electrical System of Building Drawings. 6. MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS (Pumps & Generators) – Diploma / ITI or Equivalent, 3 to 5 Years Experience in All Types of Pumps, Including Drainage & Fire Pumps, Should Aware of Different Types of Generators, Can Read Technical Drawings. 7. FIRE ALARM TECHNICIANS – 3 to 5 Years Experience In Built Drawing, Installation, Fire System, Fire Pumps etc. 8. NETWORK & LOW VOLTAGE TECHNICIANS – Diploma or Equivalent In Electrical or Electronic, 3 to 5 Years Experience In All Types of Electrical Component, Relevant to Building Construction, Circuit Diagrams, Troubleshooting In Device Problem (LV). 9. BMS TECHNICIANS – Diploma/ITI or Equivalent In Electronic/Electrical, 3 to 5 Years Experience In Monitoring & Operating, Trouble Shooting of Maintenance System In Wires & Control (Chiller, Fans, Pumps, Exchanger, Boiler, Glycol System) relevant to Big Projects in Building. 10. BMS OPERATORS – Diploma/ITI or Equivalent In Electronic/Electrical, 3 to 5 Years Experience In Monitoring & Operating of Maintenance System In Wires & Control (Chiller, Exhaust Fans, Pumps, Exchanger, Boiler, Glycol System). 11. MACHINE CLEANING SUPERVISORS – 3 to 5 Years Experience In Use of Cleaning Machines, Chemical Solution, Door, Window, Glass & Floors, Should Have Knowledge of All Computer Application. 12. DUCT FABRICATORS/TECHNICIANS – 3 to 5 Years Experience In Duct Fabrication & Installation, Reading Drawings of All Ducting System Central AC Work. 13. PLUMBERS – 3 to 5 Years In All Plumbing Works, Plumbing System, Valves, Bathrooms, Draining, Reverse Osms System and Water Treatment Plant. Read & Write Technical Report In Fire Protection Drawings. 14. CARPENTERS – Five Years of Experience. 15. WALL PAINTERS – Five Years of Experience. 16.
