The required resource will report directly to the BD Director. • Job requirement: •Education: university degree (Medicine-Dentistry-Pharmacy -Veterinary Medicine- Business Administration Marketing) Preferable to have Diploma or MBA in Marketing • Gander: Male Or Female • Experience: : 3 : 5 years experience • Languages: good. • Excellent communication Skills • Work under pressure • team work - and presentable person • Excellent interpersonal • Duties & Responsibilities: • The position of Marketing Supervisor will involve the following duties and responsibilities: • Develop marketing plans in assigned market/Services area including collection, verification, analysis of data and Recommendation on programs • Development and implementation of marketing research projects utilizing advanced quantitative and qualitative methods. • Determines appropriate methodologies to obtain the required information along with associated costs, timing and other factors relevant to completion of the project • Performs brand competitive analyses independently • Analyses customer database to identity opportunities and communicate them to sales representatives • Develops sales support materials that meet requirements in line with communication plans Identifies market segments and target customers based on data • Uses brand measures (awareness, familiarity, favorability, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities • Recommends special pricing corridors for services.
