Urgently hiring 2 Business Analysts (Wealth Management) living in Riyadh to work for a major dynamic bank based in Riyadh. Details are as follows: Job Description: We require a Business Analyst to join the Wealth Management team to support the strategic implementation of an end-to-end Wealth Management solution. This is a large and complex initiative which requires the Business Analyst to coordinate with both business and IT stakeholders, under the supervision of a project manager. Skills Required: • Must possess more than 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a banking environment • Must have worked in retail banking and wealth management divisions of a bank • Should understand the banking related concepts including wealth management and investment advisory • Should be able to work under the guidance of a Project Manager to document requirements, create process flows, and convert business requirements to functional specification documentation for use by development teams. • Should be able to identify requirements and write BRDs and / or functional specifications • Should be able to convert functional specifications to technical specifications • Tracks and documents changes to the above • Actively participates and significantly contributes to team-based problem solving. • Strong communication skills both written and verbal in Arabic and English is a must • Should be adaptable and be open to learning new skills. • Provides leadership / mentoring as required to more junior members of the team. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. • Hard working "do what it takes" attitude and team player.
