Urgently looking for Production Planning Assistant JOB SPECIFICATIONS Qualification •Diploma in Supply Chain Management (or related) Experience •Minimum 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience Skills Required •Microsoft Office applications, good analytical and communication skills JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Plan the daily material requirement based on Mast er Production Planning Schedule • Prepare raw material plan and forecast for submission to purchasing department for procurement purposes • Plan the daily indirect material requirement in order to arrange for local delivery • Update material usage and latest incoming schedule to Material Report • Ensure that material arrive in SHDS according to the Shipment Schedule • Liaise with purchasing department to adjust material plan base on customer’s requirement on production status • Prepare monthly stock take count inventory of raw material and ensure closing within time frame • Ensure compliance to the ISO Standard Operating Procedures • Any other duties as assigned by Superior To register your interest, you may send your CV to [email protected] We regret only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
