Uruguay: Noted cartoonist Fermin ‘Ombu’ Hontou received the 31st annual Fraternidad Award in Montevideo. Winners take a trip to Israel where the B’nai B’rith World Center organizes a combination of tourist and professional activities, site visits and high-level briefings geared toward fostering ongoing professional ties between the countries.
