Usefull tip for today, When you are cooking steak and are unsure how far cooked it is, Try an old chef trick called the face test. If you want a steak cooked well done, touch to steak and it should feel as hard as your forehead. If you want a steak cooked medium, touch the steak and it should feel like your chin and if you want a steak cooked rare, touch the steak and it should feel like your cheek. So forehead-well done, chin-medium and cheek-rare...works a treat..
