Useless and pathetic effort by people involved in HEC Ranking for Pakistani Universities. None of the universities in Pakistan are capable of being recognized as even a University. The foundation of Pakistani Education system is wrongly positioned. First recruit trained and qualified teachers at universities. The only reason our education system is not capable of providing quality education is lack of trained and qualified teachers in the available universities and colleges. Mostly, the lecturers are having a strong relationship with top management of a University that appoints them a Lecturer without any experience start teaching......Come ON HEC. There is no need to make more universities in Pakistan. Take the example of New Zealand having only 8 Universities in country but all are established and providers of quality education. jang.pk/JangHec2013/
