Using my Shapes 2012 mag, 1st pg Cardio Plan-Lunge Hop, kick butts, pendulum kick,side skate 20 reps of each rep x3- 2nd pg Sculpting Plan-lunge curls, pile punch, freestyle,flywheel, push-up rows 20 reps each x3-3rd pg-Bonus Plan-mid back bend 15reps, circle left 20 reps-finished up by adding core/abs-50 crunches using my UL mini football overhead pull-ups, 40 reverse legs crunches & 10 reverse legs in/out well day 3 down-this churchlady-imjusttakincareofme.temple
