Using the same small town pharmacy since I was a kid makes life so simple as they usually provide amazing service and deliver. I was prescribed an item called the Nuva Ring that was used like an IUD and replaced a month at a time. It looked like a large clear rubber circle. Upon receiving this item I read all the brightly colored stickers on the cover with their warnings.... One said " Must Refrigerate "....So in it went hidden with the veggies. I thought every month that a man must have invented this as it was an eye opener to say the least when replacing it every month... Years go by and one day picking up my refill I decided to be bold and ask, " why does it need to be kept cold " ? The staff was puzzled and turned around and loudly asked the pharmacist and he announced that that sticker was from the manufacturer to the pharmacy and to be removed before the client uses it................and one by one when they realized what I had been doing and the laughter began due to my loyalty to the written word. I was embarrassed but it was worth everyone getting a kick out of it.
