Usually when you think of recess you reminisce about kickball games, expending excess energy and a few minor injuries from falls off the monkey bars. It didn’t take long for me to realize that Congressional recesses were just a little bit different. Between the community events, speeches, office hours and interviews, there has been no shortage of running around over the past few weeks, and it’s been a great chance to catch up with so many of you across the 4th District.
