VACANCY - FOOD AND BEVERAGES SUPERVISOR A growing Lodge in the Bvumbwe/ Chigumula area looking for a self-starter, motivated and result oriented individual who should have the following for the position of Food and Beverages Supervisor: • A certificate in Food and Beverage Service from Malawi Institute of Tourism or equivalent from a recognized institution • At least 2 years’ experience in a Food & Beverages department at Supervisory level • Adequate knowledge of Food production to enable him/ her understand, lead and motivate Food and Beverages department staff. • Familiar with different methods of Food and Beverages costing and pricing • Basic Word and Excel computer skills and ability to write reports • Able to lead in the planning of a Menu and budgeting for events • Able to propose and implement strategies on how to attract guests and increase Food and Beverage sales. • Those with Food production experience including pastry dishes will have an advantage. • Deputize the Lodge Manager in his absence Send your detailed CV including three traceable referees to: The Advertiser P O Box 5402 Limbe Or send an email to the Director, at Jaychaguluka50@gmail before 17 July 2014
