VACANCY:Head Business to Consumer Closing Date:20 June 2014 Duties • Develop and execute a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls,meeting agreed targets, covering all consumers throughout Zimbabwe. • Will assist in the development of the company’s annual sales plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecast for each product. • Be responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team of product ambassadors by establishing a system of communications and reports • Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describe the responsibilities and performance standards for each product ambassadors. Qualifications & Requirements • Relevant university degree and post graduate certificate in marketing or sales/ IMM. 5-7 years experience of which 3 years at senior level.
