CSR for an Inbound Telco account:Voice, Day Shift You are responsible for handling inbound queries and provide resolutions to issues of wireless mobile phone subscribers, both prepaid and post paid. CSR for Inbound for Hotel Reservation Account:Voice ,Night Shift You Handle inbound customer service support calls from customers. Cross sell value added services or products offered by the company. Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources. CSR for Inbound Airline Reservations Account:Voice, Night Shift You Handle inbound customer service support call from customers. Assists customers in making airline ticket reservations TSR for a DSL Internet Connection account:Voice, Night Shift You are responsible for handling basic internet connectivity, emails, wireless, and IP TV issues. QUALIFICATIONS 18 Years old and above with no age limits Should be a High School Graduate or Should be a College level and not enrolled or should have taken any vocational courses. Good English Communication Skills (or average to excellent English communication skills) Willing to work within ALABANG, PASAY, SUCAT, TAGUIG and MAKATI area. Willing to work in shifting schedules, graveyard shift, day and night.
