RCTP leads the Family AIDS Care and Education Services (FACES)program, a comprehensive HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment program working in100 clinics in Nyanza Province, Kenya. RCTP is seekingmotivated, proactive individuals to fill the following positions in theSustainable East African Research on Community Health (SEARCH) Study. SEARCH is a five-yearcluster randomized trial to test whether universal ART can improve health,Educational, and economic outcomes. We are going to beconducting a household census in 12 communities and annual multi-diseasediagnostic health campaigns. We will also besupporting ART delivery through FACES clinics. Job Title: Administration Assistant (1 Position) Reports to: Administration Coordinator Duty Station: Suba/Mbita Duration: Annual Renewable Contract Vacancy Number: FN-049-07-2013 Duties and responsibilities · Man the reception and direct visitors torespective office · Receives and inspects all incoming materials andreconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation withpurchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies onorders received. · Receive orders from user department. · Maintains the reception area and stores area ina neat and orderly manner · Answers questions regarding procedures and resolvesdiscrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplusproperty · Considerable skill in operation of a computer,proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs · Maintain inventory records · Maintain asset register · Maintain service schedule for office equipmentand generator.
